Here’s the truth: Portland Pet Food Company wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for our dear senior Poodle Rosie at the age of 14, who got sick and stopped eating. Our vet told us we would only have a few more months together. It was heartbreaking for all of us.

But Rosie had worked wonders for me—and my family—and I was determined to work a wonder for Rosie, too. With my 20 years of experience in the nutrition space, I started cooking Rosie’s food using the same wholesome ingredients I was feeding my family.
